How do I determine my correct boot size?
We recommend ordering your standard athletic shoe size for most of our models. However, since fit can vary between our pac boots and mountaineering lines, please refer to the specific sizing guide located on each product page for the most accurate fitment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for boots in brand-new, unworn condition. Please ensure you try your boots on indoors on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles, as we cannot accept returns for boots showing signs of outdoor wear.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. For custom-built or backordered items, shipping times may vary. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can my Hoffman boots be rebuilt or resoled?
Yes, many of our premium leather and logging boots are designed to be rebuildable. We offer comprehensive repair services including resoling and hardware replacement to extend the life of your investment.
